Dib Tripathy is a partner of McNamara, Ahmed & Tripathy LLP. Dib’s practice primarily focuses on the areas of construction law, business litigation, suretyship, insurance defense, and employment law including trial and appellate practice in the aforementioned areas.
Dib has gained extensive experience in construction law matters within the Commonwealth and greater New England during his practice with Lane McNamara LLP and representation of clients in all levels of Court, bid protest matters, mediations, and arbitrations. Dib’s practice also includes management and carriage of complex business litigation and suretyship matters. Prior to continuing his practice within the Commonwealth, Dib gained extensive experience in a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters through his practice in Canada with various law firms in Calgary, Alberta.
Dib earned his bachelor’s degree (Bachelor of Commerce 2013) and law degree (J.D. 2017) from the University of Alberta and remains focused on delivering efficient and effective solutions to the clients while constantly moving matters towards resolution.
Dib is a member of the bar with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (2022), United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts (2023), and the Law Society of Alberta (2018).
